First residents at The Grange experience their new home in Laurencekirk

Muir Homes has welcomed a new community to Laurencekirk as eight new families recently became the first residents at The Grange development in Aberdeenshire.

The new residents were invited to a Priority Viewing Evening for an uninterrupted look around the new four-bedroom showhome at The Grange. The event also gave the new neighbours a chance to get to know one another better in a relaxed and informal setting.

The first buyers reserved their new homes in Scotland off plan a few months ago, and many have moved into their new properties already.

Daniel and Hazel Radbone, originally from Wales, said: “It was a great idea to get everyone together who have now moved in, especially for people like us who are not locals. We feel part of the community here already.”

Brian and Mhairi Shepherd from Aberdeen, who have moved to The Grange with their two boys, said: “We wanted to buy outwith Aberdeen as you get so much more for your money here. We’re in a commuter friendly location, so we are very pleased indeed. Muir Homes have gone the extra mile by laying this event on for us.”
