Deer Park Heights is in a great location and has the added bonus in that I absolutely love my new apartment! As someone who works in sales in the housebuilding industry, I was very impressed by the quality of the build, and the attention to detail from both Liz Sweeney the Muir Sales Advisor and Tommy the Site Manager who could not do enough for me. They made the whole process of buying and moving in, a stress free process.

We wanted to buy outwith Aberdeen as you get so much more for your money here in Laurencekirk. We’ve opted for the Newark, a very spacious four bedroom detached house which has all the features we need. We are in a commuter friendly location, so we are very pleased indeed. Muir Homes really do go the extra mile to help their buyers feel at home.

We were happy and settled in Laurencekirk but wanted a brand new house for easy maintenance. When we realised Muir Homes were building here we checked out the company’s reputation, and the design and specification of the new homes. We were impressed and jumped at the chance to buy one. My husband and I received fantastic customer service from Muir and we would not hesitate to recommend the company to others. We are absolutely delighted with our new home at Gamekeepers View. As we were retiring, we wanted to move to a more rural location but still in a house with enough space and features for us, and close to amenities. The Muir staff on site and in the Sales Office have been so accommodating and have ensured we have settled in well here.

We are absolutely delighted with our new home here at Silverdykes – Muir really could not do enough for us, all the staff from the Site Agent to the Sales Advisors have been fabulous and we were able to customise our property to our own requirements. The savings I have enjoyed since moving here to The Green are quite remarkable as I was in an old Manse before which had very expensive oil fired central heating. I now find that my new house is extremely warm and cosy and my Direct Debits on both gas and electricity have come right down. It’s not just the energy efficient heating – the double glazing is of a superior standard and the house is very well insulated. Last winter I really reaped the benefits and I am hoping that I will be similarly comfortable this winter even if conditions are severe once again.

Having been down in England for the past 48 years we wanted to come back to Scotland where we have family. We also wanted another bungalow as we had one in England and it suited us. We did a bit of research on the internet and found the Muir Homes development at Castlefleurie, Leven – their bungalows looked ideal with good sized gardens too. We came up to see the development, met the Sales Advisor who was very friendly and helpful and decided to go for it. We love the house, it’s very well finished, and Muir have been really good helping us settle in.

We are very pleased with our Bute three bedroom detached property at Castlefleurie in Leven. We very much wanted a detached house and it fits the bill perfectly. Prior to buying, we visited the Muir Homes development at Inchture and were very impressed with the high standard of finishes displayed in their show house there. We wanted to settle in Fife and were delighted to hear that Muir Homes had a development in Leven. Having seen a Bute house first hand we knew that this was the house for us. Castlefleurie is turning out to be a great place to live.

The location is great for us here as we are both interested in and have our own small yacht which is now in Dysart harbour. We’ve always liked the idea of living by the coast, we’re less than ten minutes from the harbour along the Fife Coastal Path which is great because we like walking.

We’ve settled in really well, love the layout of our new Muir home and we’re both enjoying living here.

Muir Homes were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, a great firm to deal with. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. I love this area here in Inchture and am delighted with my new Harris villa – it has everything I was looking for in a new home.

Having moved from an older property, I was really surprised at how much my direct debits have come down for gas and electricity when moving to a new Muir home here at The Green. We liked the area and were looking for a new property and The Jura ticked all the boxes when it came to a great layout which really works for us. It’s an added bonus to have this new energy efficiency built in – we have not yet had a winter in the house as we moved in in July but I am confident that we are going to see some real savings which will be fantastic. I would encourage anyone to buy new with Muir, they really are helping their buyers make significant savings at a time when it really matters.

We had been looking for a house at the other side of the Clyde initially but when we went along to Castlebank we really fell in love with the location and the lovely views. The Falkland showhome was stunning and once we knew it was for sale we knew we had to have it – it was the one – we are delighted and have had great service from Muir Homes. Our daughter was also impressed and ended up buying a house on the development too so we are all really pleased.

We were moving back to Scotland from Dubai and experienced a very efficient stress free move with Muir Homes to The Castleton development at Auchterarder. The Sales Advisors were excellent and kept us well informed of the build progress whilst we were still living abroad. After selecting our preferred plot, Muir Homes allowed us to select a different housetype, which no other builder would have allowed us to do. We really appreciated this change, as we had fallen in love with the four bedroom Skye housetype. We were also allowed to add flooring and have a Conservatory installed, all before we moved in. This all combined to make the house into our new home. Auchterarder is such a great location, we love the village life and know we are going to be very happy here. Overall we are delighted with the service that we received from Muir Homes and simply love our new home.

Everything went smoothly as Linda made everything go well. For a new home, it is a really good size. The bedrooms are big and the kitchen is massive. What we got included in the price would have been extras with other builders such as the turf in the back garden.

We have had fantastic service from Muir Homes. We reserved our new property early and the Sales Executive could not have been better. Inchture is the ideal location for us as we wanted somewhere out of town but still close enough to our places of work. We were after a detached house and are really delighted with the property we chose – the three bedroom detached Bute.
